Notice of Drainage Board Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Drainage Board for the said drain will be
held at:
10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 25, 2023
Cass County Administration Building
Kincheloe Room 1st Floor
120 North Broadway
Cassopolis, Michigan

The purpose of this meeting is to conduct necessary and appropriate business of the
drainage board (see attached agenda) and any other business that may come before the
Board.

Proceedings conducted at this public meeting will be subject to the provisions of the
Michigan Open Meetings Act.
