Park Hours: Dawn to Dusk

One of St. Joseph County Parks’ newest developments. Plumb Lake offers nature lovers a little bit of everything! Hike the prairie or woodland areas with boardwalks and bridges, enjoy the fishing/observation pier, head out for a paddle on the lake using our ADA kayak launch, or enjoy a picnic in the pavilion while the kids play on our nature-inspired play equipment. There’s also an overlook deck for you to experience our incredible coreopsis bloom each spring - you don’t want to miss it! A great place to cross country ski in the winter with groomed trails.
