Assists local jurisdictions to secure low rate bonds for critical water or sewer improvements. Consists of seven appointed members.

Central Dispatch Policy Board

Provides direction and oversight for 9-1-1 emergency medical, fire, and law enforcement dispatch services.

Commission on Aging

Provides services to older adults 60+ including in-home aides, meals, Medicare counseling, and enrichment activities.

Community Corrections Advisory Board

Develops and monitors programs providing alternatives to incarceration for non-violent offenders to reduce jail overcrowding.

Board of Health

Responsible for the execution of duties set forth in the Public Health Code, providing accessible local public health services.

Assists farmers in creating soil & water conservation plans and works with partners to ensure water remains a viable resource.
