Property Records & Tax Search
St. Joseph County provides three search utilities to gather property Records and Tax information. Most information can be accessed freely via the FetchGIS site. The most current delinquent tax information can be found using the St. Joseph County Search: (BS&A Website). Current tax and building and land information is only available through the Local Units' Searches: (BS&A Website).
If you have questions regarding delinquent taxes, current taxes due, your tax bill, or how to pay your taxes, contact the County Treasurer's Office or your local Assessor.
