SJC Park Rentals

Pavilion Rental

St. Joseph County Parks offers pavilion rentals at: Cade Lake, Covered Bridge Farm*, Meyer Broadway (2), Plumb Lake (2), Rawson's King Mill*, and Sand Lake.

Pavilion rental includes park access, picnic tables and access to trash receptacles.

Cost: $150 ($100 with $50 returnable security deposit)

Disc Golf Tournaments

MUST BE REGISTERED AND APPROVED BY THE PARKS DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

Cost: $220 per day (Includes pavilion rental and vehicle fees). Failure to comply will result in tournament cancellation and monetary fines.

Wedding/Event Rentals

Rawson's King Mill Rental

Rental Prices:

$750 + $150 refundable security/damage deposit

Wedding Features:

  • Capacity: 200 (200 chairs included)
  • Two white vinyl gazebos
  • White vinyl pergola on aggregate concrete patio
  • Nottawa Creek backdrop
  • Includes use of the pavilion

Guidelines: Beer/wine permitted with special-use permit. No staples/nails. Available dawn to dusk.

Covered Bridge Farm Rental

Available for weddings, corporate events, and organizations.

Fri, Sat & Sun:

In-County: $4,000 | Out-of-County: $5,000

Weekday (Mon-Thur):

In-County: $2,000 | Out-of-County: $2,800

Wedding Features:

  • Barn capacity: 244 (200 for comfort)
  • 300’ riverside boardwalk along St. Joseph River
  • Historic barn and modern restrooms
  • Tables and chairs included
  • Includes use of the pavilion

Kayak & Boat Rental

Get the most out of our lake-front parks! While we do not provide on-site rentals, you are encouraged to bring your own watercraft to use on the lakes and rivers.

Please bring your own kayaks or boats to enjoy our waterways.
