St. Joseph County Parks offers pavilion rentals at the following parks: Cade Lake, Covered Bridge Farm*, Meyer Broadway (2), Plumb Lake (2), Rawson's King Mill*, and Sand Lake. Pavilion rental includes park access, picnic tables and access to trash receptacles.

Disc Golf Tournaments: DISC GOLF TOURNAMENTS MUST BE REGISTERED AND APPROVED BY THE ST. JOSEPH COUNTY PARKS DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE EVENT. The cost is $220 per day, which includes a pavilion rental and vehicle fees. Please contact the St. Joseph County Parks Department at 269-467-5519 to reserve one or both courses. Failure to comply will result in tournament cancellation and monetary fines.

Rawson's King Mill Rental

Rental Prices:

All Events: $750 + $150 refundable security/damage deposit

Wedding Reservation Features:

• Capacity is 200.
• 200 chairs included.
• Use of two white vinyl gazebos.
• White vinyl pergola situated on exposed aggregate concrete behind the historic mill with Nottawa Creek serving as the backdrop.
• Aggregate concrete patio behind the historic mill.
• Use of the pavilion.

Wedding Reservation Guidelines:

• Beer and wine are permitted if brought in by individuals (no alcohol vendors). However, a special-use permit must be obtained from St. Joseph County Parks and Recreation Department prior to the wedding day.
• No staples, pins, nails, etc. on park structures. Please use tape or wire for attaching items to park structures.
• Set-up and clean-up must be completed the day of the wedding.
• Tents or other special decorations must be approved by St. Joseph County Parks and Recreation.
• Portable toilets must be approved by St. Joseph County Parks and Recreation.
• Rawson's King Mill is available from dawn to dusk.

Covered Bridge Farm Rental

Not just for weddings! The Farm will also provide a great space for your company or organization’s next event.

Wedding Reservation Features:

• Barn capacity is 244. However, with tables and chairs set-up, 200 people is much more comfortable. There are several beautiful areas outside that are ideal for an additional event tent (provided by others).
• Private use of the beautiful grounds.
• Use of the historic barn and modern restrooms.
• Tables and chairs included. A second set of chairs can be set-up outside for an outdoor ceremony.
• 300’ boardwalk with the St. Joseph River and Langley Covered Bridge serving as the backdrop provides a perfect setting.
• Use of the pavilion.

One of the great things about many of our parks is that they are located on lakes! And we want to encourage visitors to get the most out of their park experience. While we do not have kayaks and boats for rent, you can bring your own to use on the lakes and rivers.
